At Qulbix, we are always excited to see our bikes through the lens of talented creators. Whether you are a YouTuber, TikToker, or moto-journalist, we offer the opportunity to experience our high-performance machines firsthand to help you create engaging content for your audience. We provide short-term bike loans for content creation purposes on a non-paid, collaborative basis.
To ensure a smooth experience for both parties, all bike loans are subject to the following conditions:
Pickup & Preparation: Bikes must be collected at our headquarters. Each unit is provided clean, fully charged, and technically inspected—ready for immediate use.
Rental Agreement: A formal loan agreement must be signed upon collection. For creators under the age of 18, a signature from a legal guardian is required.
Condition of Return: We expect the bike to be returned in the same condition as received. While we account for "normal wear and tear," the creator is responsible for the overall cleanliness and integrity of the vehicle.
Damage & Repairs: Any damage or broken components incurred during the loan period will be assessed and charged upon return.
Responsible Riding: Safety and respect are paramount. We require all creators to ride safely, respect the environment, and adhere to local laws. Any illegal activity or reckless behavior is strictly prohibited.
Location Note: Due to logistics, free bike loans are only available for pickup at our HQ (Slovenia, EU). We cannot offer free units for international creators located on other continents (e.g., USA). In such cases, we invite you to purchase a bike for your review content.
