Qulbix Swing Arm for Hub Motor

This swing arm is expertly designed to fit the QS 205 50H V3 and QS 273 hub motors, renowned for their outstanding reliability, robust construction, and high performance. Fits to: Q76 (all years), Q140 (all years), Q80, Q155.

Crafted from high-strength Cr-Mo steel, the swing arm features a tensile strength of 1200 N/mm² and a wall thickness of 1–2 mm, providing a perfect balance of lightweight design and unmatched durability. Its clamping dropout design ensures exceptional rigidity, effectively managing the alternating forces between power delivery and regenerative braking.

Reinforced at critical points, it is built for high-power runs and rugged off-road terrain, ensuring reliability and performance.

The clamping dropout design securely grips the motor axle, preventing movement during alternating accelerations and regenerative braking.

The swing arm features two rear shock mounting points to accommodate different rider needs. The higher mounting point is designed for heavier riders, positioning the pivot point further away to provide greater resistance to movement. The lower mounting point is ideal for lighter riders. You can experiment with the shock position to find the setup that works best for you.

The pivot point is supported by precise ball bearings, ensuring smooth, resistance-free motion.

Additionally, the swing arm includes a brake caliper bracket compatible with 203 mm disc rotors. For brake setup, you can use brake caliper bracket spacers to achieve the correct spacing. These spacers are sold separately and are not included in the kit.

The swing arm features built-in zip tie hooks, providing a convenient way to secure motor cables, brake lines, and derailleur cables for a clean and organised setup.

This swing arm will work perfect with the QS 205 50H V3 and QS 273 motors. You can choose between 10 mm and 12 mm axle slots.

• Increased Chain Space: Raised bottom design provides clearance for larger chain rings, with a maximum suggested size of 46T for single chain-ring or Overdrive system.
