Qulbix Return & Refund Policy
If you are not happy with your Qulbix product you may return it to Qulbix for a full refund* of the product’s price.
This must be done within 30 days of the purchase (according to Slovenia’s Law on the protection of consumers’ rights, ZVPot-1, article 43.d).
The product must be unused** in new condition with original packaging and all accessories included.
We do not accept crash damaged parts or items that have been modified in any way.
We do not refund any shipping costs.
Customers are responsible for repackaging of the product in such a way that it is returned in perfect condition.

*PLEASE NOTE: If the original packaging shows signs of wear and/or use and other general conditions are met, we may charge 5% return fee to cover repacking and Q.C. rechecking costs.
**EXCEPTIONS: Electric bikes under 7-Day Qulbix Electric bike Return Policy are subject to set of rules and conditions under the 7-Day Qulbix Electric bike Return Policy, detailed below. General conditions do not apply for customised products.
Custom made products cannot be returned for refund. The purchase price is the total price of the product, but does not include PayPal fee.
PayPal fee is non-refundable.
RETURN & REFUNDS LIMITATIONS AND EXCEPTIONS
We do not refund:
- Customised products; for more info on this matter, please contact us at info(at)qulbix.com before purchase;
- Used items;
- Items altered in any way by the user; read our warranty conditions;
- Shipment costs;
- Lost items, sent back by customers;
- PayPal fee;
- For items for which the period of return & refund has expired.

DOWN-PAYMENT REFUND LIMITATION (Only Applies to Natural Persons; It Does Not Apply to Legal Persons)
All down-payments are refunded * if the order is cancelled in a matter according to this Return & Refund Policy.
All down-payments are forfeited by the customer in favour of Qulbix/Ulbi d.o.o. if the customer fails to respond via customer provided contact email and/or phone number within 90 days after being invited to complete the remaining payment for their order or cancelling their order in a manner provided below. Refund will be done within 90 days of official cancellation via the same payment method the initial payment was received. If this is not possible, other means can be arranged in accordance with both parties.
Please note: third party fees, for example, but not limited to PayPal fee, are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund, if the down-payment has been made via third party payments providers, such as but not limited to PayPal.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
Cancelling an order must be done in a written form and sent to Qulbix main email: info(at)qulbix.com. The order is considered cancelled once the cancellation confirmation is sent by the Qulbix team from the info(at)qulbix.com email to the customer provided contact email address.
7-DAY QULBIX EBIKE RETURN POLICY
We, here at Qulbix believe that our bikes are additive. Once you’ll try a Qulbix e-bike of your own, we are confident you won’t give it back. But as we sell directly to end customers, which sometimes do not have the chance to test our bikes before they purchase them, we believe we should share their leap of faith. Thanks to our new 7-day try & return option you are now safe from buying something you didn’t really intend to. We won’t charge for the usage of the bike, all you’ll need to cover is the transport costs.
7-DAY QULBIX EBIKE RETURN POLICY: HOW DOES IT WORK
To qualify for the 100% purchase price* refund, these conditions must apply:
- Your decision must be made within 7 days from the date that the product was marked as delivered;
- Your bike must have less than 10 km on it;
- The bike must be in pristine condition – any damages to the bike will be charged according to Qulbix price list;
- You need to keep the original package;
- You are responsible for repacking of the e-bike; don’t hesitate to contact us if you require more information about repacking.

7-DAY QULBIX EBIKE RETURN POLICY: RETURN PROCEDURE
Your decision needs to be made is made within the 7 days;
Let us know you wish to return the e-bike kit and request a return authorisation form via firstname.lastname@example.org within those 7 days;
Repackage your e-bike kit well and according to our instructions;
Help us coordinate the pick-up of the bike;
You have 7 days from the date that the product was marked as delivered to request a return authorisation. If you are considering a return, please make sure to reach out to us before you re-package the e-bike kit — we have helpful suggestions if you are contemplating a return, due to performance of the item, sizing, or for any other reason.
To qualify for the 100% purchase price* refund, your return request must be done within 7 days of the e-bike kit’s delivery to you. After the 7-day period expires, the product cannot be returned to Qulbix for a refund.
You must keep the original packaging and the e-bike kit must be repacked back into the original packaging when you send it back to us. This is very important, as this ensures that the e-bike kit is delivered back to the warehouse in good condition. Repacking of the e-bike kit back into the package it arrived in is the customer’s responsibility. Don’t hesitate to contact us if you require more information about repacking.
Once the return authorisation is issued, you will be able to send back your e-bike kit. Refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment within 14 business days after the date the returned product is received at the warehouse. You will only be charged for the transport costs (to you and back to us).

This Return Policy applies to natural persons only. For legal persons additional terms & conditions may apply.
All legal claims and disputes shall be addressed at District court of Ljubljana, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia.
