Description

Wiring harness for Sabvoton SVMC 72150 controller, Cycle Analyst V3 display and BLDC motor (QS 205 V3 for ex.). Connect your throttle, variable regen, 3-position ride mode switch, power selector switch, torque sensing BB, cadence PAS sensor etc. Includes Phase wires, Charge wires, Battery wires with Shunt and Fuse. Plug-in & ride, easy to install!

This set includes all you will need to connect your Sabvoton controller with the BLDC motor, Cycle Analyst display and controls. It is designed in a way that allows fast and efficient way to connect to the Sabvoton’s wiring. No special tools and connectors are necessary. You will need a set of pliers to attach Quick Splice Connectors to the signal wires. A soldering of the XT150 connectors will be necessary to connect the motor’s Phase wires and Battery/BMS B+ and P-. The connection procedure of the signal wires is shown in the attached video.

NOTE: If you will use any of the Qulbix frames (Q76, Q80, Q155 or Q140MD) to mount this harness to it, you will want to route the signal and power wires through the rubber seals (they are usually included in the frame kit). Use special stretch tool and some soapy solution too slide the connectors through the rubber grommets (soap-based tyre mounting paste is a good option). Use silicon and zip ties (not included) to close any potential water entry point between the wires and rubber grommet to achieve IP65 rating.

  • 1 x 12 wire cable with CA, REG, T, IGNITION KEYS connectors (110 cm)

  • 3 phase wires 8AWG Silicone insulation (Y/G/B) with M6 ring eye terminals (30 cm)
  • 3 x XT150 male connectors to be soldered on the motor’s phase wire
• Battery B+ and P- wire harness
  • 1 x B+ red 8AWG cable with M6 ring eye terminals (60 cm) and CH+ connector
  • 1 x P- black 8AWG cable with M6 ring eye terminals (60 cm), CH- connector and Shunt and 150A Fuse
  • 1 x XT150 black female connector to be soldered on to the B+
  • 1 x XT150 red female connector to be soldered on to the BMS P-
• Charge wire harness
  • 1 x CH+ red 12AWG cable with Ignition Keyswitch wire (50 cm) (connects to Battery B+ wire harness)
  • 1 x CH- black 12AWG cable (connects to Battery P- wire harness)
