Description

This set includes all you will need to connect your Fardriver controller (Fardriver ND72680 Controller 25kW 350A with BT and CANBUS, Fardriver ND72450 Controller 14kW 200A with BT and CANBUS):

• battery,
• motor,
• display,
• throttle & switches (lights, blinkers, Park, Gear, Reverse, horn)
• lights,
• blinkers,
• brake switches (for brake light & regen braking actuation),
• horn,
• alarm,
• 12V DC-DC converter
• and keyswitch.

Ready to install on all Qulbix frames (Q76, Q80, Q155, Q140MD). Do not waste time figuring out the wiring, just plug-in & ride!

NOTE: If you will use any of the Qulbix frames (Q76, Q80, Q155 or Q140MD) to mount this harness to it, you will want to route the signal and power wires through the rubber seals (they are usually included in the frame kit). Use special stretch tool and some soapy solution too slide the connectors through the rubber grommets (soap-based tyre mounting paste is a good option). Use silicon and zip ties (not included) to close any potential water entry point between the wires and rubber grommet to achieve IP65 rating.

Included:

• Signal wire harness
  • with 12V DC-DC (72V) converter
  • with 72V relay for the whole system shut down
  • with 12V blinker relay
• Phase wire harness
  • 3 phase wires 8AWG or 6AWG Silicone insulation (Y/G/B) with M6 ring eye terminals
  • 3 x XT150 male connectors to be soldered on the motor’s phase wire
• Battery B+ and P- wire harness
  • 1 x B+ red 8AWG or 6AWG cable with M6 ring eye terminals
  • 1 x P- black 8AWG or 6AWG cable with M6 ring eye terminals and 200A or 350A battery current compatible fuse
  • 1 x XT150 black female connector to be soldered on to the B+
  • 1 x XT150 red female connector to be soldered on to the BMS P-
