Users agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. While we strive for 100% accuracy, Ulbi d.o.o. is not liable for typographical errors, technical inaccuracies, or omissions in product descriptions or pricing. We reserve the right to correct errors at any time. Ulbi d.o.o. is not responsible for the content of third-party websites linked on our page.
PART B: TERMS OF SALE (Purchase Agreement)
B.1 SCOPE AND DEFINITIONS B.1.1 Seller: Ulbi d.o.o. (owner of the Qulbix brand).
- B.1.2 B2C (Consumer): A natural person purchasing goods for purposes outside their trade, business, or profession.
- B.1.3 B2B (Business): A legal entity or person purchasing for professional or commercial use.
B.2 PRICING AND PAYMENT
- B.2.1 Pricing: All prices are in EUR. Inside the EU, prices include VAT unless otherwise stated. Outside the EU, prices are net of local taxes.
- B.2.2 Taxes & Duties: For non-EU orders, the customer is the importer of record. If DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service is selected, all costs are included in the quote.
B.3 SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
- B.3.1 Standard Delivery: Risk of loss passes to the B2C customer upon physical possession. For B2B, risk passes upon delivery to the first carrier.
B.4 WARRANTY AND GUARANTEES
- B.4.1 B2C (Consumer) Legal Guarantee: In accordance with EU Directive 2019/771 and Slovenian ZVPot-1, B2C customers receive a 2-year legal guarantee against manufacturing defects.
- B.4.2 B2B Warranty: Business customers receive a 1-year limited warranty.
B.5 RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
- B.5.1 B2C Right of Withdrawal: Individual EU consumers have a 14-day window to notify us of a return.
- B.5.2 B2B Returns: There is no mandatory right of withdrawal for B2B orders.
- B.5.3 Fees and Non-Refundable Costs: For B2C returns within 14 days, full product price is refunded. For returns after 14 days and for all B2B returns, a 5% restocking fee and transaction fees are deducted.
B.6 CUSTOM PRODUCTS B.6.1 Final Sale: Products manufactured to specific customer requirements (custom colors, specialized modifications) are final sale and cannot be returned or cancelled once production has commenced.
PART C: LIABILITY & LEGAL
C.1 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
High-performance electric vehicles and DIY frame kits involve inherent risks. Ulbi d.o.o. is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or consequential loss resulting from the use or assembly of our products. DIY assembly is performed at the customer's own risk.
C.2 GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. All legal claims and disputes shall be addressed exclusively at the District Court of Ljubljana, Slovenia.
