At Qulbix, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with the conditions set out below.
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1), consumers (individuals) have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without stating a reason.
Notice: You must notify us of the withdrawal in writing at info@qulbix.com within 14 days of receiving the product.
Return Period: You must ship the product to our address no later than 14 days after sending the notice of withdrawal.
Condition of the Product: The product must be unused and undamaged. The consumer is liable for any diminished value of the goods if the decrease in value results from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods (e.g., visible mounting marks, field use).
Refund: Qulbix will refund all received payments (including standard delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of shipment. The refund will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
Return Costs: The cost of return shipping to Slovenia is covered by the buyer. We recommend using a trackable and insured delivery service, as Qulbix is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Qulbix offers an additional return benefit up to 30 days from delivery. For returns made after the legal 14-day window (between days 15 and 30), the following conditions apply:
Processing Fee: A 5% fee of the product price is charged to cover inspection and technical processing costs.
Transaction Fees: For returns in this period, non-refundable transaction fees from payment providers (e.g., PayPal, credit cards) will be deducted from the total amount.
Packaging: If the original packaging is missing or damaged, an additional 5% fee may be charged to ensure safe restocking of the item.
Returns are not possible for:
Products made to the exact instructions of the consumer (custom builds / bespoke items).
Products showing clear signs of use, crash damage, or improper self-assembly by the buyer.
Procedure: Cancellations of orders before dispatch must be submitted in writing to info@qulbix.com.
Refund of Deposits: All deposits are refunded (minus transaction fees) if the order is canceled before the start of production or dispatch.
Non-responsiveness: If the customer fails to respond to requests for payment of the remaining balance within 90 days of the deposit, the amount paid is retained as compensation for storage costs and production capacity reservation.
If you are returning an item from a country outside the EU (e.g., USA, UK), the shipment must be clearly marked as "RETURNED GOODS" on all customs documentation.
Important: Any import duties or costs incurred by Qulbix due to an incorrect declaration by the buyer will be fully deducted from the final refund.
The legal right of withdrawal without a reason does not apply to orders placed by legal entities (companies, sole proprietors).
Every B2B return request is subject to the sole discretion of Ulbi d.o.o. and is handled on a case-by-case basis. If approved, restocking fees (min. 5%) and all transaction costs will always apply.
The following terms and conditions govern all transactions and interactions with Ulbi d.o.o. since our establishment in 2014. The current version of this policy was formally revised and is valid as of January 1, 2026.
