We’ve redesigned the charging process for added convenience. The charge port is now integrated directly into the battery pack inside the frame, eliminating the need for an external port.
Battery Anti-Tampering Measures
The charging port is protected by a lock, accessible only to the owner. Additionally, when charging on board, the hood can be lowered and locked, allowing only the charger cable to exit the frame—perfect for charging in public spaces.

The adjustable kickstand features a two-part leg, allowing you to adjust its length. When the kickstand is down (parked), it activates a kill-switch to disable the motor, preventing the vehicle from moving while parked or during charging (if the key switch is on and the throttle is accidentally turned). This serves as a safety feature.
The unique shell frame design does more than support the structure—it also serves as a watertight battery compartment. This dual-purpose feature eliminates the need for an additional battery housing, reducing both weight and part count. Rear shock bracket has also the following adjustment options:

The controller is mounted high in the front of the frame, a position chosen for optimal airflow and protection from debris. The external setup not only improves cooling but also allows for quick swaps and compatibility with a range of controller types.
The frame features a standardised mounting position designed to accommodate a controller bracket. Each controller type has its own bracket, ensuring a sleek appearance and a secure connection to the frame.

Both frames share the same high-performance geometry (silhouette is the same) and removable battery system. The difference lies in the width: the Q80 (80mm internal) is optimized for a single row of 21700 cells, while the Q155 (155mm internal) is designed for a double row of cells, allowing you to double your energy capacity and range.
The QRBS features a top-loading, lockable hood. This allows you to quickly swap battery packs in the field or remove the entire battery to charge it safely indoors. It is designed for riders who need long-distance capability without long charging breaks.
The swingarm is built for extreme power. We offer two axle slot options: 10mm for standard hub motors and 12mm for heavy-duty motorcycle-grade motors like the QS273. The standard dropout width is 155mm, but we can provide custom widths upon request.
The Q80/Q155 series is "controller agnostic." We provide dedicated mounting brackets for the most popular high-power controllers, including Fardriver, Sabvoton, Kelly, Votol, and Nucular. If you have a specific controller in mind, our universal (plate) mounting system likely supports it.
Yes. While many builders prefer hub motors for these models, the frame is compatible with high-power mid-drive systems. Please contact us during the ordering process to ensure you receive the correct swing arm and mounting configuration for your mid-drive project.
Located under the lockable hood, there is a dedicated waterproof space. It’s perfect for housing a small on-board charger, a GPS tracker, a 12V DC/DC converter, or essential tools for trail-side repairs.
Yes. You can use standard 1-1/8" or tapered bicycle forks (with the correct headset), bicycle brakes, and 26" wheels. However, given the weight and power of these builds, we highly recommend using downhill-rated (DH) components or 19" Moto wheels for maximum safety.
Pedal drivetrain: Qulbix (as 75T) Overdrive Crankset with 120 mm or 170 mm cranks (to prevent ghost-pedaling at high speeds) or a 46T single chainwheel crank (120 mm or 170 mm) system.
Front Fork: Double-crown or high-end single-crown forks with 180mm - 200mm travel. (Standard 1-1/8" or tapered steerers compatible with proper headsets).
Rear Shock: 240mm length (eye-to-eye). If you plan to use a shorter/longer shock the seat height will be lower/higher. For the best performance-to-price ratio, we recommend coil-over shocks for that true e-moto feel.
The "Street/Trail" Setup: 19" rims with Dual sport tires.
The "Moto" Setup: 16'' or 19" MX rims. These provide a lower center of gravity and much higher puncture resistance for off-road riding.
Hydraulic Disc Brakes: Minimum 203mm rotors. Given the speed potential of the Q76, 4-piston hydraulic brakes are highly recommended.
Controller: Fardriver ND72450, Fardriver ND72680, Sabvoton 72150 or similar sized controllers (fits comfortably in the internal mounting area).
