The ZetaMXPark track, located near Rubbiano and Credera and about an hour's drive from Milan, was the venue for the first race of the year's Italian E-Bike Championship in the cross sector on Saturday, April 17, 2021. The Slovenian colors were defended by Mitja Šorn (RP Moto – QULBIX) with an AMZS license, who emerged victorious in the Open class.

The track in Lombardy was perfect for him, and he confirmed his excellent fitness and form right at the start of the season. In sunny weather, which was very nice for e-bike racing, the only Slovenian representative at the test did not allow anything to distract him from focusing on the competition, the track, the challenging corners, and any obstacles or overtaking. In both runs, he left his rivals behind and convincingly won the opening test on this Lombard track in the strongest class.
