If you are not happy with your Qulbix product you may return it to Qulbix for a full refund* on the product's price. This must be done within 30 days of the purchase (according to Slovenia's Law on the protection of consumers’ rights, article 43.d). The product must be unused**, with no sign of assembly and in new condition with original packaging and all accessories included. Qulbix does not accept crash damaged parts or items that have been modified in any way. We do not refund any shipping costs. Customers are responsible for repackaging of the product in such a way that it is returned in perfect condition.

*PLEASE NOTE: If the original packaging has been opened and other general conditions met, we will refund 99% of product's purchase price in case of bike kits, and 95% of the product's purchase price for other products sold by Qulbix, to cover repacking and Q.C. rechecking costs.

**EXCEPTIONS: Performance e-bikes under 7-Day Qulbix Ebike Return Policy are subject to set of rules and conditions under the 7-Day Qulbix Ebike Return Policy, detailed below.

7-Day Qulbix E-bike Try & Return Option

To ensure that every customer is completely happy with their Qulbix e-bike, we offer a special 7-day try & return option. Try one of our performance e-bikes at home, and if it's not the right fit for you, ship it back to us within 7 days from the date of delivery for a refund on the price of the bike. For more, read below. 


We, here at Qulbix believe that our bikes are additive. Once you'll try a Qulbix e-bike of your own, we are confident you won't give it back. But as we sell directly to end customers, which sometimes do not have the chance to test our bikes before they purchase them, we believe we should share their leap of faith. Thanks to our new 7-day try & return option you are now safe from buying something you didn't really intend to. We won’t charge for the usage of the bike, all you’ll need to cover is the transport costs.


To qualify for the 100% purchase price refund, you need to follow the procedure described below:

  1. Your decision must be made within 7 days from the date that the product was marked as delivered;
  2. Your bike must have less than 30 km on it;
  3. It must be in pristine condition – any damages to the bike will be charged according to Qulbix pricelist;
  4. You need to keep the original package;
  5. You are responsible for repacking of the e-bike; don’t hesitate to contact us if you require more information about repacking.

  3. Repackage your bike well and according to our instructions;
  4. Help us coordinate the pick-up of the bike;

You have 7 days from the date that the product was marked as delivered to request a return authorization. If you are considering a return, please make sure to reach out to us before you re-package the bike — we have helpful suggestions if you are contemplating a return, due to performance of the item, sizing, or for any other reason. 

To qualify for the 100% purchase price refund, your bike must have less than 30 km on it and it must be within 7 days of the bike’s delivery to you. After the 7-day period expires, the product cannot be returned to Qulbix for a refund.

7-day try & return option only applies when the bike is shipped fully assembled. For semi-disassembled shipping option (the bike is shipped in two or more boxes, not on a pallet), where the customer does the final assembly, the 7-day try & return option does not apply.

You must keep the original packaging and the bike must be repacked back into the original packaging when you send it back to us. This is very important, as this ensures that the bike is delivered back to the warehouse in good condition. Repacking of the bike back into the package it arrived in is the customer’s responsibility. Don’t hesitate to contact us if you require more information about repacking.

Once the return authorisation is issued, you will be able to send back your bike. Refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment within 7 business days after the date the returned product is received at the warehouse.
