Strong and quality made steel and aluminium mid-drive frame kit with an integrated electric motor for light and powerful off-road motorcycles. The frame offers 2 seat types and foot pegs and pedal system. Made since 2018.

144 mid-drive moto style frame and motor kit includes:

The frame components:

• 1 x CrMo steel frame (choose the color)
• 1 x moto seat (subframe and seat)
• 2 x aluminium side plate
• 1 x swing arm
• 1 x rear shock mounting bracket
• 1 x brake caliper bracket
• 1 x charge plug
• 1 x D35 cable rubber grommet
• 1 x key switch set (includes 2 keys)
• 2 x chain slap guard
• 2 x chain tensioner
• 1 x rear wheel axle with nut
• 1 x bolts, washers and zip tie pack
• 1 x aluminium motor shield set (if chosen)
• 1 x single-speed freewheel (if chosen)
• 1 x decal set (if chosen)*

Motor components:

• 1 x QS205 V3 24x5T (650RPM@72V equal to 9,03kV) mid-drive motor with standard 6-PIN hall connectors, at the end of phase wires are eyelet connectors suitable for direct fitment to Sabvoton controller. Motor is equipped with 2 sets of HALL sensors (2 separate watertight connectors, temperature KTY sensor).
• 1 x motor mounting set
• 2 x bearings
• 1 x decorative and protective axle set
• 1 x 22T (standard) or 26T motor chain-wheel set
• 1 x single speed freewheel (if chosen)
• 1 x dose of ferrofluid for cooling, injected into the motor (if chosen)

NOT included in the kit, but compatible with the kit:

• Kelly controller shield, Sabvoton controller shield or the universal mounting plate
• Bicycle seat subframe (available in the shop soon)
• Foot pegs
• Pedalling system
• Kickstand (available in the shop soon)

** Please note that fluorescent decals lose some of their their luminosity over time, especially if left in the sunlight often.
