144 Mid-drive Moto FRAME KIT for E-Bikes 2023

What's Included?

Here's what's included in the Qulbix's 144 mid-drive moto frame kit (item 1 on the pic below):

- 2 x side plate

- N2L Neutrik charge plug set with seal
- rear shock bracket set
- swing arm
- 2 x chain slapper set
- rear brake caliper bracket for 200/203mm disc
- moto seat and subframe set

What's NOT Included in the Qulbix's 144 Mid-drive Moto Frame Kit, But Can Be Added

ELECTRIC MOTORS

The essential component that you will need to build a bike based on the 144 mid-drive frame is the electric motor, as it is an integral part of this frame. The only motor that fits directly without any modifications needed, is the Qulbix QS 205 V3MD motor that comes with the mounting material and chain wheel included.

The Qulbix QS 205 V3MD motor set includes (items 1 & 2 on the pic below):

- Qulbix QS 205 V3MD motor - available HERE
- motor mounting material
- 22T motor chain wheel

Single-speed freewheel (item 3 on the pic below) is NOT included, but can added separately.

You can use some of the other motors (as shown on the pic below), but some mods will be needed. Qulbix does not provide instructions for mods of other motors, this is at sole discretion of the builder. If you are not sure you can make other motors fit this frame properly, we suggest you take the Qulbix QS 205 V3MD motor set.

Here's which motors may also be used (with mounting material and possible mods):

MOTOR MOUNTING SET, MOTOR CHAIN-WHEEL SET AND MOTOR AXLE SET

You can choose to add a motor mounting set (item 1 on the pic below) to your order. If you opted for the Qulbix QS 205 V3MD motor you do not need this mounting set.

You can also add the chain wheel set (item 2 on the pic below) and the decorative aluminium motor axle set (item 3 on the pic below) to your frame.

QULBIX REAR HUB (36H)

You can choose to add Qulbix rear hub, which will fit the Qulbix's 144 mid-drive moto frame kit's swing arm perfectly.

CONTROLLER SHIELDS

You can choose among 3 options (all include mounting material):

(1) Kelly KLS7230S controller shield
(2) Sabvoton SVMC072150 controller shield
(3) Universal controller mounting plate

FOOT PEGS AND OVER-DRIVE (PEDALS)

You can choose among 2 footing options:

(1) Foot pegs, which include: aluminium foot pegs, mounting material. Colour: black.
(2) Over-drive kit, which includes: custom Qulbix cranks, crank chainring (30T) set, over-drive chainring set, mounting material. Standard 9/16'' L/R thread pedals can be fitted. Crank colour: black.

MOTOR SHIELD SET

You can add the motor shield set as a safety feature. Colour: black.
This shield set fits Qulbix QS 205 V3MD motor perfectly. For other motor types, check before purchase.

Included:

- 4-piece aluminium motor shield set (black)
- mounting material

MUDGUARDS

You can add front and/or rear mudguards. They are made from aluminium and PP blades. Colour: black.
Front mudguard fits most types of forks. Check before purchase.

KICK-STAND

You can add the aluminium stand. It is custom made, light and strong.
