My Shipment Has Arrived Damaged. What Should I Do?

If you have received a damaged parcel or if the products inside are damaged in any way, please provide detailed photos depicting the damaged package and/or products and email them to: info(at)qulbix.com as soon as possible.

PLEASE NOTE: After the period of 7 days, Qulbix does not except complaints on the grounds of missing parts or damaged products. Used products cannot be replaced or reimbursed on the grounds of being damaged. Read more in Returns & Refunds article.
